Gaby and I had a lot of fun shooting outdoors in Orlando, Florida this summer. We had originally wanted to drive out to a beach for our photo session, but ended up deciding on a nearby park with a lake instead. My assistant also got the responsibility of looking out for alligators (living on the edge, I know). Thankfully, our time by the lake was uneventful.

After the park, we moved on the a pretty little curve in the road that we had spotted while driving to our swamp location. The photos from this location have actually become some of my favorite ones and they were more impromptu than most sessions that I have. Sometimes you just have to follow your gut and go wherever inspiration takes you in the moment.
